新二区265 m2烧结机自投产以来,台车一直处于跑偏状态,对烧结机的头尾部星轮,头部弯道以及水平轨道进行全面的检测,系统分析了烧结机台车跑偏的原因,并进行了调整。
The 265-m2 sintering machine has been snaking since it went into operation. A comprehensive detection was carried out of the sprockets at both ends of the machine, the bend at the head and the horizontal track, a systematical analysis of the causes of its snaking was done and an adjustment was made.
