转炉优钢连铸坯缺陷成因分析及质量控制措施

摘要 莱钢在转炉优钢的生产实践中,表面裂纹、中心偏析和中心疏松是转炉优钢铸坯的主要缺陷,占废品总量的60.15%,造成较多的轧制废品,影响了莱钢的质量声誉。为此,对转炉优钢连铸坯中产生上述缺陷的成因进行了分析,总结出产生铸坯缺陷的主要原因有:钢中碳元素的影响、杂质元素的影响、钢水浇铸温度的影响、钢水过热度的影响、拉速的影响等,并提出了相应的质量控制措施。 In production of converter quality steel, surface cracking, centerline segregation and central unsoundness are the main defects of continuous cast billets of converter quality steel, accounting for 60. 15% of rejected products, giving rise to considerably many rolled wastes, thus impacting the reputation of our group in quality. Therefore,the causes of formation of the above-mentioned defects were analyzed,with a sum-up of the main causes leading to the defects being the influences of carbon elements in steel, impurity elements, casting temperature, degree of superheat of molten steel and withdrawal speed. This paper also puts forth relevant quality control measures.
