摘要
1500 mm宽带精轧机入口切水板与轧辊相接触,导致轧材的板型不稳等问题的出现。随着中宽带生产的进行,F1—F6精轧机切水板框架出现变形,通过对切水板框架、气缸、喷嘴的改造,使得刮水板使用寿命明显提高,挡水效果较好。
The water-cutting board at the entrance of the 1500mm wide-strip finishing mill is in contact with the roller, resulting in problems such as unsteady shapes of rolled products. With the progress of the production of medium wide-strip, distortions appeared on the F1-F6 finishing mills'water-cutting board frames. The reform of the watercutting board frame, cylinder and spray nozzle made the service life of water scraping board lengthened considerably, showing good water-catching results.
