乙肝患者胎盘MDR1 mRNA表达及意义 被引量:1

Expression and siginificance of the MDR1mRNA in placenta of patients with HBV infection

摘要 目的:探讨MDR1 mRNA在乙肝患者胎盘组织中的表达及其意义。方法:选取乙肝患者足月胎盘20例;选择正常产妇足月胎盘20例作为正常对照组。实时荧光定量RT-PCR分别检测两组产妇胎盘中MDR1mRNA的表达。结果:各组荧光定量PCR检测MDR1mRNA的相对表达量为乙肝组(0.454±0.398),正常组(0.086±0.099),与对照组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.001)。结论:MDR1mRNA在胎盘组织中表达的升高,可能与乙型肝炎病毒感染有关。 Aim:To determine the expression of MDR1 mRNA in full-term placentas from uninfected (n = 20) and HBV infected women (n = 20). Methods: MDR1 mRNA transcripts were quantified by real-time PCR using relative determinations. Results: Relative quantification showed a significant (P 〈 0. 001 )increase in MDRlmRNA transcription in HBV-infected women compared to non-infected women, respectively. Conclusion:The increase expression of MDR1 mRNA in placenta maybe related to HBV infection.
