网络嗅探器是一种常用的监听网络的工具,是网络安全中的攻防利器。本文对使用Winpcap开发的基于Windows的网络嗅探器的设计作了详细说明。其中对于包的获取,以太网内的网卡数据交换模式等作了探讨。

Network Sniffer is a commonly used tool for network monitoring, ifs a useful weapon in of- fensive and defensive action of network security. This paper give a detailed illustration on the design of a network sniffer in Windows OS developed through Winpcap. We also discuss the ways of getting a packet,the exchange model of the Ethernet LAN data , and other related issues.
