摘要
本文介绍了研制的具有刀具切削轨迹动态显示的数控车床自动编程系统。该系统用形体输入法可在现场极迅速地输入零件的全部信息,并建立起相应的格式化数据文件,在动态显示和编程模块支持下,系统调用刀库中的不同刀具进行切削仿真,并打印出以FAUNC-3T/A为蓝本的数控加工指令。本系统的研制为车床CAM的研究提供了预备性的成果。
This paper presents an automatic programming system of a numerically controlled lathe with dynamic display of tool cutting path. This system applies a shape inputting method, the complete part data can be inputted rapidly at floor space, and the corresponding format data file is established. Under the support of dynamic display and programming block, the system proceeds cutting simulation by calling different tools in then tool magazine. The development of this system provides preliminary achievement for realizing turning CAM.
