Necessity and Feasibility of Experiencing Teaching in Adult Training

随着现代教育培训在教学方法上的不断创新,体验式教学受到培训双方的欢迎。特别是成人受训者,能够在学习过程中通过自身的实践活动得到认知与感悟,从而激发学习的动力与思维的创新。结合中国石化干部培训的特点,对体验式教学方法的内涵、特征及必要性和可行性进行探析,以期从理论意义和实际操作层面进一步推广体验式教学方法。

With constant innovation of teaching method in modem education and training, the experiencing teaching is welcomed by both trainer and trainee. Especially, the adult trainee can receive knowledge and experience through personal practice in the course of study, so that his study motivation can be stimulated and his idea can be innovated. This paper probed into the connotation, feasibility, necessitv and feasibility of the experiencing teaching, hoping further to spread the experiencing teaching in theoretical significance and practical operation.
