摘要
运用模糊决策法确定风险等级,运用层次分析法(AHP)建立综合评价指标体系,并确定各评价指标的权重值,进行综合评判。从层次模糊法的基本特点出发,通过对不同专家组对风险的不同认识的综合及其程度模糊判定的量化的风险等级,研究层次模糊法在工程投标风险评价中的应用,并给出了应用实例。
The purpose of this study is to use the fuzzy decision method to determine the risk grade and the AHP method to establish the comprehensive evaluation index system and determine the weight value of each evaluation indexes to carry on the comprehensive evaluation. From the basic character of the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process and according to different groups of experts＇ perceptions to the risk and fuzzily judge to the quantify of the risk level . Study the application of the fuzzy decision method in the project bid risk assessment and give an application examples.
