摘要
现代企业运营高度专业化,要实现经营目标必须发挥激励机制的利益导向作用,调动经营者的能力。传统的激励机制在实际执行中暴露出一定的缺陷,引入 EVA 指标是解决所有者和经营者目标不一致的最佳方法。
Modern enterprises are highly specialized in operation. To realize operation target, we must play the role of interest orientation of stimulating system, stimulate the capacity of the operators. The traditional stimulating system "exposed certain short comings in practice. The introduction of EVA index is the optimal way to solve the differential between owner and operator.
