Establishment and Inspiration of Assets Loss Responsibility Investigation System

国务院国资委公布的《中央企业资产损失责任追究暂行办法》(以下简称《暂行办法》)已于2008年10月1日开始施行。《暂行办法》严格规范了中央企业资产损失责任追究工作的责任、范围、原则和方法,为出资人依法履行监管职责提供制度保障;同时,也督促企业管理者必须在如何规范企业经营行为,落实管理责任,审慎履职等方面进行认真地思考。

《Interim Procedures of assets loss responsibility investigation for Central Enterprise》 （ hereafter called （Interim Procedures）for short ） issued by National Resources Committee of the State Council begun to be implemented on October 1, 2008. 《Interim Procedures》 strictly standardized the responsibility, scope, principle and method of assets loss responsibility investigation in Central Enterprise; It provides system insurance for the investor to c carry out supervision according to the law; at the same time it promotes the management of the enterprise to think hard on how to standardize operation of the enterprise, implement management responsibility and earnestly work.
