摘要
以运输企业为例,试将熵权法应于在企业绩效的综合评价中。从熵权法的原理说明熵权评价方法不仅能够确定指标的客观权重,还能够客观评价企业的综合绩效。长期来看,评价指标的权重并不固定,由于考核和市场竞争压力的存在推动企业采取措施改善指标,从而促使企业加速改善经营绩效。
Entropy Method is applied to comprehensive evaluation of enterprise performance taking transportation industry. From its principle we showed that this method can not only determinate objective weight, but also evaluate objectively comprehensive evaluation of enterprise performance. In th long term, the weight of evaluating index is not fixed. As checking and the existence of market competition pressure promote enterprise to take measures and improve target, so as to speed up enterprise to improve operation performance
