摘要
从 IT 服务工作的角度出发,结合石油化工管理干部学院的业务特点,论述将各种辅助性服务结合起来建立整体服务管理体系的必要性,以保障服务的有序管理,带动服务质量的提高。同时,以 IT 服务为例,提出构建整体服务管理体系模型,以及基于模型创建服务制度体系和实现该模型的信息化。
In view of IT service, combined with business features of SINOPEC Management Institute, illustrated necessity of establishing whole service management system by joining various auxiliary services, so as to make sure order management of service and drive improvement of service quality. At the same time, taking IT as an example, presented establishing mode of whole service management system and based on this model establishing service system and making the model infonnationalized.
