With further intensification of the world financial crisis, the world economy is showering apparently, and the competition of domestic petrochemical product market has become more intensified, petrochemical enterprise are facing more severe challenge. We analyzed competition environment Yangzi Petrochemical faced and various operation risk factors in enterprise in terms of SWOT method, and set up development policy which enterprise should take.
