超排卵对围着床期小鼠子宫内膜白血病抑制因子LIF表达的影响

摘要 目的通过研究比较超排卵和生理水平时围着床期小鼠子宫内膜白血病抑制因子(leukemia inhibitory factor,LIF)表达的情况,探讨超排卵是否影响子宫内膜容受性。方法将实验动物随机分为超排卵妊娠组(超排卵组)和自然妊娠组(对照组)2组,每组30只,分别选取动情周期当天、合笼后发现阴道栓第2、4、6、8天共5个时间点取小鼠子宫内膜,用免疫组化和原位杂交法测定小鼠子宫内膜LIF的蛋白表达和LIF mRNA的表达。结果超排卵组和对照组LIF在围着床期子宫内膜上的表达上有相似的规律:即随着妊娠天数的增加,LIF蛋白和LIF mRNA在小鼠围着床期子宫内膜的表达增加,继之呈下降趋势,但其峰值在时间上有所不同,超排卵使LIF在围着床期子宫内膜上表达峰值提前。结论超排卵对围着床期子宫内膜LIF表达有影响,使其表达峰值提前,而白血病抑制因子是参与子宫内膜容受性形成的一个重要的细胞因子,从而可以推测超排卵对子宫内膜容受性有负面影响,导致种植后妊娠率的下降。
