浅谈对外贸易中的技术性贸易壁垒及其有效应对

On TBT and the Effective Measures in Foreign Trade

我国加入WTO之后,随着对外贸易的不断扩大,传统的关税、配额等壁垒正逐步拆除,但遭遇的技术性贸易壁垒却越来越多,也越来越严重,尤其是发达国家,利用其话语权和游戏规则制定权的优势,使这类技术性贸易壁垒显得"合理"而隐蔽。对此,需要由政府制订应对方案、企业提高竞争能力,共同采取积极、有效的措施,以打破这类技术性壁垒的限制。

After China＇s entry into WTO and with the enlarged foreign trade, the traditional post-tariff barriers are gradually removed, but more and more technical barriers to trade are encountered which is more and more serious. In particular, the developed countries use their voice and the right to formulate rules of the game, so that this type of technical barriers to trade appears to be reasonable and hidden. In this regard, the governments and enterprises shall study and take positive and effective measures to break such restrictions of the technical barriers to. foreign trade; technical barriers to trade; response
