摘要
运用关键绩效指标法,从高职院校的战略目标和教师岗位职责出发,设计了高职院校教师绩效考核的指标体系,并运用AHP(层次分析法)方法确定了各指标的权重。
By using the method of KPI, according to strategy of the organization and the directions for teachers' post duty of high vocational education colleges, the paper designs the comprehensive index system for teachers' performance evaluation, and establishes the index weight by using the method of AHP.
