当前,大学生就业形势严峻,反映出人才结构与企业需求不相匹配的问题。从企业对大学生素质要求的变化出发,探讨了高校思想政治教育工作机制改革的必要性,提出高校德育要从三个层面着手,重视"软文化"与"硬制度"的建设,把"授业"和"育人"有机结合起来,以培养符合企业需求的人才。
