摘要
案例教学是提高教学效果的有效方法,但用什么案例、什么地方用案例、怎么用案例,都需要教师精心选择、精心设计、精心组织。高职院校企业管理案例教学的目标应立足于学生的现实基础和培养目标,以国内中小企业为主选择案例、以理论教学为本、以"例"说"理",课程设计应注重学生科学思维能力的培养。
In teaching "Enterprise Management", case -study is an effective way to improve the teaching effects. But which cases should be carefully selected, where the cases are used also should be carefully considered, and finally all the Case -study classes should be Organized well. The Goals should be based on foundation in reality and training objectives of students;And the cases are all relevant to local enterprise, and the theories are summarized from these cases. The focus of curriculums design is on the cultivation of scientific thinking ability of students.
