摘要
基于纳米晶粒生长的Brook模型和一维半无限大激光加热模型,建立了纳米材料激光成型晶粒生长估算模型;根据试验获得的性能参数进行了数值计算;利用激光扫描纳米材料获得了纳米块体零件,并对数学模型进行了修正。模型的建立将有利于加工过程中的参数选取及晶粒大小的变化的预测。
Based on Brook model for nano-crystal growth and one-dimensional semi-infinite space model for laser heating, the estimating model for nano-crystal growth by laser forming is established. The numerical computation is made according to the property parameters from the test. Nano-bulk parts are obtained by laser sintering nano-material. The mathematical model is corrected. It is available to choose the parameters and forecast the change of crystal size during the course of machining by these equations
