摘要
由于淬火冷却过程的快速性,采用专门研制的微机装置测定淬火冷却过程具有结构简单、小滞延性,且同时可以完成数据处理的功能。在对普遍方法淬火和采用复合场效应淬火冷却能力的对比性试验表明,由检测结果绘制的图形分辨清晰,具有满意的效果。
Owing to the rapid cooling on quenching, transition processes can be determined by means of a specially developed microcomputer system, which is simple in structure, causes little delay, and performs da'a processing simultaneously. The comparison tests have been made by using both the compound field effect-quenching and the ordinary-quenching methods for the determination of cooling ability of quenching media. The printing messages which reflect the test results show that the microcomputer determination can possess a high quality of idtntification.
