摘要
研发团队类型及其运行特征的不同,必然导致管理模式和制度安排的差异。维持研发团队内部同一性的构成边界界定了团队的结构性特征,而研发团队生命周期反映了团队的阶段性特征。从研发团队的构成边界和生命周期两个维度可以将研发团队分为任务导向型、理性自治型、利益匹配型、领导魅力型、情境互动型和愿景一致型等6种类型,不同类型的研发团队具有不同的运行特征。
Different types of R & D teams with different operation will lead to different managing modes and system planning. The constructing boundary in maintaining the team's hnity describes its essence characteristics, while its life cycle reflects its stage characteristics. There are six types of R & D teams based on the constructing boundary and life cycle, each with its own operational characteristics.
