理工高校大学生职业倾向分析及择业对策研究

Science and Engineering Graduates' Vocational Interest and Employment Strategies

在近几年的高校毕业生就业市场上,虽然理工类专业毕业生社会需求量较大,就业形势相对较好,但是,随着高校毕业生的逐年增加,竞争在所难免,如何引导理工科毕业生有效就业已经成为社会关注的重点问题。通过对理工科大学生职业倾向的调查和分析,我们认为,应当引导毕业生树立正确观念,客观评价自我,做好职业规划,积极参与竞争,最终实现理性就业。

In recent years, although compared with other college graduates, science and engineering graduates have a better chance in the job market, since it has a greater demand for them, yet competition is inevitable with increasing graduates of colleges and universities year by year. How to give science and engineering graduates an effective career guide has become the focus of social concern. Based on an investigation and analysis of science and engineering stu- dents＇ vocational interest, this paper holds that one should help the graduates to establish correct concepts for employment, objectively evaluate themselves, plan career sensibly and actively take part in the competition, so that they can be effectively employed.
