高师声乐教学人才培养模式的思考与实践

Reflection and Practice on the Personnel Training Mode of High Normal Vocal Music Teaching

声乐教育作为音乐教育的重要组成部分,应当随着时代的发展,摒弃一些不合理的传统模式,注重以人为本、分层次、分类别的因材施教,突出师范性教育,实行合理有效的课程设置,采取灵活多样的教学方式,使之符合基础教育的需要,符合市场多样化的需求,培养学生既有专业技能又有宽广而丰富的知识面的应用型人才。笔者结合本系多年来在声乐人才培养模式方面进行的改革与实践,借贵刊与同行交流。

Being an important component in the music education, the vocal music education should get rid of some unreasonable traditional patterns and focus on people - oriented education. It is necessary to put rational and effective implementation of the curriculum into practice and adopt flexible teaching methods in order to meet the basic education and market needs.
