摘要
从船舶节能和环境保护的角度出发,论述了船舶节能和利用余热的必要性。分析了利用船舶动力装置余热提升客船空气调节质量的可行性,分析计算表明:溴化锂吸收式空调系统可利用的余热达到了燃油总热量的27.1%;利用分离型热管换热器和两级发生的溴化锂吸收式制冷装置,在不增加柴油机负荷的情况下,采用较低的回风比就可以利用柴油机余热改善客船空气调节质量。
This paper discusses the necessity of the energy saving of passenger ships and the recuperation from the angle of ships energy conservation and environmental protection. It analyzes the feasibility of using the marine power plant's afterheat and improvement of air conditioning quality of passenger ship in detail. The analysis shows that the afterheat used by bromide-lithium absorbing conditioning system can be as high as 27.1% in the total fuel heat volume. With separate hot-pipe heat-exchanging machines and polar occurring bromide-lithium absorbing refrigerating devices, lower returning-wind rate can improve the air conditioning quality by using diesel engine afterheat.
