摘要
本文根据ACTG公布的两组数据320和193A建立了纵向数据半参数模型,利用改进的最小二乘局部线性核估计法得到了非参数部分的估计,从而对AIDS患者的服药疗效给出了量化评价,并对继续服药的疗效做了预测.
Model for semiparametric longitudinal data according to ACTG320 and 193A is established. Non - parametric estimate is obtained by means of the least squares local linear kernel method. Quantitative evaluation and prediction are given about AIDS patients for medication effect.
