The paper introduced the principle of molecular imprinting technique and the preparation methods of molecular imprinting polymer. And it reviewed the application of molecular imprinting polymer in drug analysis. Such as drug separation, simulation biosensors, simulation enzyme catalysis, and application in the controlled release drug delivery system as supplementary material. The possible direction and related problems were also discussed.
