摘要
本文采用有限差分法对强激光照射下的铜镜的非稳态温度场及其热变形进行了数值模拟,对不同激光功率下的最大照射时间及形变随照射时间的关系等进行了探讨和分析。
In this paper, the numerical simulation of copper mirror's temperature distributionand deformation during highp0wer laser irradiation is done by the finite difference method.The largest irradiated time under the different laser power densities and the relationshipbetween the deformation and the irradiated time are also given.
