摘要
目的:了解美洲大蠊提取物的抑突变性。方法:将来自大理市周边七里桥村和小关邑村的两份蚕豆,分别随机分成4组:美洲大蠊组、美洲大蠊+环磷酰胺组、阴性对照组、阳性环磷酰胺组,采用蚕豆根尖微核技术进行检测。结果:七里桥村和小关邑村蚕豆之间微核率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。用美洲大蠊提取物处理过的蚕豆与阳性对照组之间微核率有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:美洲大蠊提取物对蚕豆根尖微核率有抑制作用。
Objective:To investigate the anti-mutation of Periplan-mericana Linnaeus. Methods:Broad beans from Qiliqiao Village and Xiaguanyi Village in Dali were divided into 4 groups, eyclophosphamide group, negative control group, Periplan-mericana Linnaeus group, and Periplan-mericana Linnaeus plus cyclophosphamide group. The purpose was to cheek the anti-mutation of Periplan-mericana Linnaeus by means of vica-micronucleus test. Results:Compared with the group cyclophosphamide, there was a statistical significance (P〈0.01). Conclusion:Periplan-mericana Linnaeus can inhibit the mutation induced by cyelophosphamide, and thus it has a positive role in preventing the growth of tumors.
