加强组工干部队伍建设 提高选人用人公信度

Strengthening the Construction of Cadres of Organization to Enhance Public Credibility in Selecting and Appointing Cadres

党的十七大提出要提高选人用人公信度。加强组工干部队伍,提升组织部门公信力是其重要方面。当前,组工干部要以提高政治素质为前提、业务素质为重点、拒腐能力为关键、人民群众满意为标准,加强自身建设,提高人民群众对干部工作的满意度。

It has been proposed in the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China to enhance public credibility in selecting and appointing cadres. It is important part of that respect to strengthen the construction of cadres of organization and enhance public credibility of the organization department. Currently, cadres of organization should reinforce their self-construction by making the improvement of political quality a precondition, that of professional quality a focus, that of anti-corruption ability a key, and increase of the level of people＇s satisfaction a criterion. Only in this way would people be more satisfied with the cadres＂ work.
