学生辅导员助理制度的实践与思考

On Students' Assistant Counselor System

重视和加强学生工作,培养高素质的医学专门人才,是高等医学院校学生工作的核心。文章从学生工作现实需要出发,试行学生辅导员助理制度,并在制度、培训、管理和激励等方面采取积极有效的措施,加强辅导员助理队伍建设,使之成为学生思想政治教育工作队伍的有益补充。

The core of student affairs management in medical universities lies in how to value and strengthen the work so as to cultivate highly qualified medical professionals. The paper discusses the present situation of student affairs management. It points out that trial implementation of students＇ assistant counselor system should be achieved. Simultaneously, the author also suggests that the construction of the troop of assistant counselors be enhanced by means of taking effective measures in the respects of system, training, administration and motivation. It is expected that these assistant counselors would make a beneficial complement to the staff for students＂ ideological and political education.
