On the Party's Ideas of Assuming Power

执政理念是执政党对于执政的指导思想和价值导向、执政思路和执政准则、思维方式和思想方法总体的理性认识,体现在执政实践活动的每一个方面。执政理念包含三个层面的内涵,即价值取向、实践层面和思维方式层面。中国共产党执政理念的特点包括合理性、实践性、群众性和发展性特征。对中国共产党执政理念要全面认识和把握,包括党的指导思想和党的执政理念、党的执政本质和党的执政理念、党的领导和党的执政理念之间的关系。

As the ruling party＇s general perception to guiding ideology and value orientation, thoughts and principles, as well as patterns and approaches, the ideas of assuming power embody in each assuming practice and possess the levels of value, practical and thinking. CPC＇s ideas of assuming power feature in its rationality, practicality, mass participation and development. The overall understanding and perception of the Party＇s ideas of assuming power should be based on its relation with the gniding ideology, ruling nature and leadership.
