构建实用型法律专业课程教学模式探析

Research on Constructing Teaching Mode of Practical Major Courses in Law

办学定位和教学质量问题是制约法律高等职业教育生存与继续发展的核心问题,而教学模式又是提高法律高等职业教育教学质量的一个关键环节。目前,我国的法律高等职业教育在教学模式上已陷入困境,需要我们重新审视。应在认真思考法律高职人才培养定位问题的基础上,周密设计法律专业课程教学体系,逐步形成法律专业学生职业能力全程训练体系,全面拓展法律专业课程教学模式改革内涵。

Education orientation and teaching quality is a key problem which influences the survival and development of higher vocational education in law, while the problem of teaching mode is vital to improve teaching quality of higher vocational education in law. There are still some imperfections in teaching idea, teaching planning, teaching skills, etc, so we must review and keep exploring new approaches to teaching mode to gradually form a whole training system of vocational ability for law majors and its future developing trend.
