Study of an Integrated Talent Cultivation Model between Teaching and Service

为培养高技能应用型人才,上海第二工业大学与香港蒙妮坦国际集团携手合作,以培养应用型人才为目标,构建合作教育管理体制,确立职业能力与综合素质并重的人才培养规格要求,创建三个层面的实践工作环境,实施教学实训和工作服务一体化,从而探索出多元化教育学生的成才新模式。

For cultivating high-skill talents, the Shanghai Second Polytechnic University and the Hong Kong Monita International Group work together to cultivate application-oriented talents, contruct cooperative education management system, establish vocational ability, create three levels of practical work environment, make teaching and service integrated so as to explore a kind of diverse model to teach students.
