摘要
在微波辐射条件下研究以马来酸酐和正十八醇为原料,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,合成马来酸单十八酯.采用正交实验设计,探讨微波功率、辐射时间、酸醇比、催化剂量等对酯化率的影响,然后通过红外光谱对反应产物进行结构表征.实验结果表明:微波辐射可合成马来酸单十八酯;实验条件为微波功率325W,辐射时间28min,酸醇比1.3,催化剂用量为0.8%时,酯化率可达95.45%.
Under the microwave radiation condition, single octademaleat was synthesized with malefic anhydride and octadecanol as raw materials and ptoluene sulphonic acid as catalyst. Through the orthogonal experimental design, the effect of the esterification rate was investigated under different conditions of the microwave power, the irradiation time, contents of catalyst and the rate acid to alcohol. The structure of the product was characterized with IR. The results showed that single octademaleat was synthesized successfully under the experimental conditions. Under the optimizing experimental conditions, the ratio of esterification might reach 95.45% when microwave power is 325 W, radiation time is 28 min, the acid-mellow ratio is 1.3 and the catalyst amount used is 0.8 %.
