2007年鹤壁市医疗机构传染病疫情报告质量调查

Investigation on the Quality of Infectious Diseases Reporting at Medical Health Units of Hebi in 2007

[目的]了解鹤壁市医疗机构传染病疫情报告质量,为今后进一步规范传染病报告管理工作提供依据。[方法]2007年6～8月,对鹤壁市全部12家县级以上医疗机构进行调查。[结果]12家医疗机构共查出传染病490例,漏报64例,漏报率为13.06%。其中,二甲医院传染病漏报率为5.74%,二甲以下医院为39.25%（P〈0.01）;综合性医院为7.11%,专科医院为42.68%（P〈0.01）;未分型肝炎为75.00%,手足口病为33.33%,乙肝为17.61%,甲肝为6.67%,流行性腮腺炎为6.25%,细菌性痢疾为2.63%,水痘为1.49%,其他传染病未见漏报。抽查传染病报告卡335张,报告及时率为98.51%;填卡内容一致率为78.81%。报告卡内容一致率,二甲医院为82.49%,二甲以下医院为72.03%（P〈0.05）;综合性医院为82.79%,专科医院为68.13%（P〈0.01）。[结论]鹤壁市医疗机构疫情报告质量工作有待加强,二甲以下医院和专科医院尤其严重。

[Objective]To understand the quality of infectious disease reporting at medical health units of Hebi city in order to provide a theoretical basis for further improving infectious diseases reporting.[Methods]A survey was conducted at 12 medical health units county above from Jun.to Aug.of 2007.[Results]490 cases of infectious diseases were surveyed in 12 hospitals,64 of them were underreported,the average underreporting rate was 13.06%.The underreporting rate of Grade 2 A hospitals（5.74%） was lower than Grade 2 A hospitals below（39.25%）（P〈0.01）;and that of comprehensive hospitals（7.11%） was lower than professional hospitals below （42.68%）（P〈0.01）.The top seven infectious diseases with highest missing report rates were in turn hepatitis unclassified（75.00%）,hand foot and mouth disease（33.33%）,hepatitis B（17.61%）,hepatitis A（6.67%）,epidemic mumps（6.25%）,bacillary dysentery（2.63%）,chicken pox（1.49%）;other infectious diseases were all reported.333 infectious diseases cards were sampled with an average timeliness rate of 98.51% and consistency rate（key items on the electronic card with those on the paper card） of 78.81%;so far as consistency rate,Grade 2 A hospitals（82.49%） were higher than Grade-2-A below（72.03%）（P〈0.05）,comprehensive hospitals（82.79%） were higher than professional hospitals（68.13%）（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]There is much to be improved in Hebi medical units about reporting of infectious diseases which should be taken seriously especially in Grade 2 A hospitals below and professional hospitals.
