摘要
[目的]探讨医学专业大学生与非医学专业大学生艾滋病知识知晓状况,为开展艾滋病健康教育提供科学依据。[方法]2007年5月,分层整群抽取昆明医学院学生864人、云南民族大学学生843人进行问卷调查。[结果]大学生对HIV可以通过输血或血液制品、无保护性行为传播,与多人发生性关系可以增加感染HIV风险的知晓率超过90%,对与HIV感染者一起玩或工作、使用公用马桶不可能感染HIV的知晓率较低。多数艾滋病知识知晓率医学生高于非医学生(P<0.01或<0.05)。[结论]大学生已掌握部分艾滋病相关知识,但非医学生的知识水平仍然较低。
[Objective]To understand the understanding status of AIDS related knowledge among medical and non-medical university students in order to provide scientific basis for relevant health education.[Methods]Questionnaire was conducted among 864 students of Kunming Medical University and 843 students of Yunnan National University selected with stratified and Chester sampling method in May,2007.[Results]Over 90% of the students understood that HIV can be transmitted by blood transfusion,blood products,non-protective sexual behavior and sexual contact with more people.The understanding rate of AIDS related knowledge was higher among medical students than that among non-medical students（P〈0.01 or 0.05）.[Conclusion]The understanding rate of AIDS knowledge among medical students was higher but it was lower among non-medical students.
