摘要
[目的]探讨乙烯利对青春期大鼠生殖发育的影响。[方法]对青春期雌性大鼠进行实验,观察接触不同剂量的乙烯利时,青春期雌性大鼠体重、阴道开口时间、动情周期、脏体比、子宫过氧化物酶活性以及脏器形态学的变化。[结果]各实验组大鼠的体重均高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);大鼠的阴道开口时间和动情周期差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);雌性大鼠高剂量组的子宫重量和子宫/体重明显高于对照组(P<0.05);卵巢重量低剂量组明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而卵巢/体重无明显改变;中剂量组的子宫过氧化物酶活性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]根据短期动物实验不能得出乙烯利具有生殖发育毒性的结论,尚需其他实验进一步验证。
[Objective]To explore toxic effects of ethephon on the development of the reproduction in adolescent rats.[Methods]Short-time experiment was carried out in adolescent female rats.Change of body weight,vaginal opening(VO),estrous cycle,viscera/body weight ratio,activity of uterus peroxidase as well as morphology of viscera were observed.[Results]The body weight of the rats in experimental group was higher than that in control group.There was no statistic significance in change of rats' weight in the two groups.,and there were not obvious changes about vaginal opening and estrous cycle.The uterus weight and body weight was higher in high dose group after exposure to ethephon for 20 days(P〈0.05),and the weight of ovary was higher in low dose group than that in control group(P〈0.05).There was no obvious changes of ovary /weight.Peroxidase activity in uterus was obviously strengthened in the middle dose group.[Conclusion]Short-time experiment can't prove toxic effect of ethephon on rats' development of reproduction,further experiments are still demanded to prove it.
