摘要
研究水溶性氨基二硫代甲酸型螯合树脂(DTCR)对铬及其配合物的处理效果,配制不同浓度的游离态Cr6+与络合Cr6+(EDTA、NH3)的模拟废水,控制废水的pH,DTCR及其絮凝剂的加入量,搅拌一定时间后,静置,取上清液,采用高锰酸钾—二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法测定上清液中残余Cr6+的含量。实验结果表明,在反应时间为20min,捕集剂加入量为4~5mL,FeCl3加入量为0.5mL,pH值为3~6时处理效果较好,捕集效率均在96%以上,出水达到国家排放标准,因此采用该方法优于传统处理方法,有很好的应用前景。
The objective of the study is to evaluate treating capacity of heavy metal chelating agent for treatment of a simulated wastewater containing Chrome ions, and the influence of the time of reaction, the used quantity of chelating agent and Fecl3, pH value on the results of treatment were discussed. The results showed that heavy chelating agent has high removing efficiency under the following conditions: the time of reaction is about 20 minutes, the used quantity of chelating agents is 4-5mL, the used quantity of Fecl3 is 0.5 ml, pH is 3-6, the efficiency of the chelating agent capturing heavy metals ions is above 96%, and the quality of the treated wastewater could reach wastewater discharge standards. Thus the method is superior to the traditional chemical method and has better applying prospect.
