摘要
矿渣微粉作为掺合料用于自流平砂浆的生产,既可改善砂浆的可操作性,又可节约水泥,是矿渣综合利用的新途径。主要从水泥基自流平砂浆的工作性能、力学性能考虑,分析矿渣微粉、早强减水剂的掺入对其性能的影响,最后确定优化配合比范围,并对砂浆流变性能影响因素进行分析。
Micro slag power used as additive can manufacture self-leveling mortar. Not only mortar workability can be improved, but also cement can be saved. It is a new way of micro slag power comprehensive application. This paper primarily considers the workable performance and mechanical performance of cement based on self-leveling mortar, analyzes the influence of micro slag power and early strength superplasticizer to various performance of mortar. Finally, optimizing mix proportion is determined and influencing factor of rbeologic performance of mortar are analyzed.
