论我国高师院校发展的危机和对策

Comment on the Difficulties and Strategies of High Normal Colleges and Universities in Our Country

我国的高师教育为现代化建设做出了巨大的贡献。但随着时代的发展和世界教育改革的日趋深入,这一体系受到了来自自身、社会等多方面的压力。针对这种情况,本文提出了相应的对策,认为只有在提高师生素质、突出师范特色等方面下功夫,才能走出困境。

Thousands of qualified teachers have been trained by our high education for various levels of our country＇s education. It contributes to our modernization. But with the development of times and the education reform gradually of the world, this system has countered grave challenge, and has been pressed from many aspects such as itself, society, and so on. Specifically for this condition, this article brings forward the corresponding countermeasures, and hopes our normal college and university can step out difficult position, and make new contribution for our country.
