硫甙的生物学特性与低硫甙油菜育种研究 被引量:1

摘要 硫代葡萄糖甙(简称硫甙)是植物体内一类由不同氨基酸衍生而来的含硫代谢物,在十字花科及相关物种中广泛存在,硫甙及其代谢物受遗传因素和环境条件影响较大.维持正常硫甙水平是植物的一种自我保护机制,硫甙在芥子酶的作用下会生成对动物有毒的代谢物,影响其作为饲料的价值.降低种子硫甙是油菜育种的主要目标之一.
