中药联合应用体外抗幽门螺杆菌的实验研究

Combined antibacterial activity of three Chinese drugs against Helicobacter pylori

目的研究金银花、白果、蜂胶对幽门螺杆菌的体外联合抗菌作用。方法应用棋盘法测定两两组合的不同浓度中药提取物对幽门螺杆菌的最低抑菌浓度,计算部分抑菌浓度(fractional inhibitory concentration,FIC)指数并判定联合效应。结果金银花与蜂胶联合应用的FIC指数为0.187(P<0.5);金银花与白果联合应用后,其FIC指数为0.502(P>0.5);白果与蜂胶联合应用的FIC指数为0.188(P<0.5)。结论金银花与蜂胶联合应用及白果与蜂胶联合应用均对幽门螺杆菌表现为协同作用;金银花与白果联合应用对幽门螺杆菌表现为相加作用;3种中药之间均无拮抗作用。

Objective To study the combined antibacterial activity of Lonicera japonica, Gikgo biloba and Bee Propolispro against Helicobacter pylori（Hp）. Methods The protocol was designed by checkboard method. The minimal inhibitory concentrations （MICs） of L. japonica, G. biloba and Bee Propolispro in two-and-two combination against Hp were determined by agar plate method, and the fractional inhibitory concentration （FIC） indexes was calculated for the evaluation of the combined effects. Results When L. japonica combined with Bee Propolispro, the FIC index was 0.187（P〈0.5） but was 0.502 （P〉0.5） when combined with G. biloba. The FIC index was 0.188 （P〈0.5） when G. biloba combined with Bee Propolispro. Conclusion Both L. japonica in combination with Bee Propolispro and G. biloba in combination with Bee Propolispro has synergistic action on Hp. L. japonica combined with G. biloba has additivity against Hp. No antagonistic actions are noted in L. japonica, Bee Propolispro and G. biloba.
