在中国引入公民社会理念的必要性及其对构建和谐社会的意义

The Philosophy of Civil Society and Building a Harmonious Society

公民社会理念(idea of civil society)在西方社会中孕生并发育起来,并长期为西方学术界所重视。在近十年以来,许多西方学者对其进行了新的拓深。近年来,公民社会理念也引起了国内政治学界的浓厚兴趣,一些学者相应地提出了"社会主义公民社会"的概念,用以解说转型时期的中国社会的进程。本文在简要介绍公民社会理念演进脉络的基础上,解释其独有的文化内涵,结合当代中国面临的问题,指出此理念对中国建设和谐社会的必要性。

The idea of civil society has been developed in western society, and western academia attaches importance to it for a long time. In recent years, the idea of civil society also has aroused great interest in the domestic academia. Some scholars have accordingly put forward the ＂socialist civil society＂ concept to guide the transition period of China＇s social process. This article briefly introduces the evolution of the idea of civil society. On this basis of context, this thesis explains their unique cultural connotation, combines with the problems which China is facing now, and tries to point out the necessity of this idea for building a harmonious society in China.
