独立制造岛的信息流

摘要 独立制造岛是按成组技术原理构成封闭的单元生产系统。它利用计算机进行工艺过程设计、数控编程、作业计划编制和生产调度以及工夹量具的管理,形成一个独立的人一机系统。本文详细分析了岛内的信息流程,指出CAPP、PDA与CAPS之间的信息集成将加快信息反馈,及时解决生产中出现的问题。独立制造岛将有助于充分利用企业内的生产资源,并提高生产组织与管理的水平。 Autonomous Manufacturing Island(AMI)is a cell-manufacturing system based on group technology. In the AMI, by means of computer, the process planning, NC programing, production planning and scheduling as welt as tool management are integrated together. All above mentioned form a new autonomous man-machine system. This paper gives a detailed analysis of information flow in AMI. It makes fast response of information feedback as a result of integration of information between CAPP, PDA and CAPS, and the problems in production can be solved in time. AMI can make high utilization of production resources and improve the standard of the pro duction organization and management all over the enterprises.
