摘要
农村土地股份合作制的局限性表现为农地产权不完善影响农地股权稳定性;区域发展不平衡影响农地股份合作发展;农地股份合作制内部机制存在弊端;农地股份合作制缺乏法律保障。加强农村土地股份合作制度建设,必须增强农民土地处置权能;赋予农民土地资产性权利;确保农民土地使用权长期化。
The limitation of rural joint land stock cooperation is the instability of farm land stock share caused by the inperfection of farm land property; uneven regional development impedes the development of joint land stock cooperation; the interval mechanism of the cooperation has its drawback; the cooperation lacks legal protection. To strengthen joint land stock cooperation, the farmers' right to deal the land must be enforced, give farmers property right over land capital to ensure the farmers' right of using land for the long term.
