Thoughts on Issue of Efficiency Supervision Management in Enterprise

效能监察管理是当前国有企业开展效能监察工作的重要内容之一,也是效能监察长效机制建设的一个关键环节,效能监察管理水平很大程度上决定了效能监察开展的深度。本文从省级公司管理角度,论述了效能监察管理的理论依据、管理内容和方法,对效能监察评审中存在的问题提出了解决思路,初步形成效能监察管理基本模式。

Efficiency supervision management is one of important contents for implementing efficiency supervision in state-owned enterprises, and is also a key link to construct a long-acting mechanism for efficiency supervision. The development of the efficiency supervision depends to a great extent on its management level. Based on the management in provincial electric power company, the theoretical basis, management content ＆ methods for the efficiency supervision management are discussed, and solving ideas of the problems existed in efficiency supervision evaluation are also put forward. A basic model of the efficiency supervision management is initially formed.
