无传动试验技术在集控系统升级改造中的研究应用 被引量:1

摘要 集控中心监控系统是区域电网管理的核心之一,发挥着巨大作用。集控系统升级改造时,需要进行停电传动试验.造成电网长时间频繁停电,已经成为影响电力系统正常运行的主要问题之一。采用文中提出的逻辑严谨、结果正确、过程可靠的无传动试验集控系统升级技术方案,可以达到等同于实际停电时集控遥控操作试验、保护传动时集控信号正确性检验的效果。同时又能够正确、快速继承旧集控系统的各类参数,缩短新系统建设周期,提高系统升级的安全性、高效性和可靠性。目前该技术方案已在西安市区集控系统升级改造中通过实际验证,升级改造后的新集控系统已投入正常运行,达到预期效果。该技术方案正进一步在西安地区推广应用。 Monitoring & control system in centralized-control center is one of the cores of the management for a regional power grid. It is necessary to carry on drive test with power cut in upgrade and transforming of centralized control system. Therefore, it is easy to bring the frequent power cut for a long time, which becomes one of the main problems to influence the system operating. Using the upgrade and transforming scheme for the centralized control system, which applies no drive test technology and is of precise logics, true results and reliable control, can attain the same effect on correctness verifying of centralized control signal in centralized & remote control test as well as the drive test with power cut. Meanwhile, the scheme inherits the parameters of the old system rapidly and correctly, shortens the new system's construction period, improves the new system's safety, high effectiveness and reliability. Presently, the scheme is verified by the upgrade and transforming of the centralized control system in Xian urban district. A new centralized control system after upgrading and transforming has operated normally and achieved anticipated effect.
