协调EDTA循环酸洗工艺在500MW超临界机组中的应用

摘要 介绍华能伊敏发电厂2×500 MW超临界火力发电机组采用协调EDTA循环清洗钝化工艺进行重垢锅炉清洗的情况。实施清洗前锅炉水冷壁向火侧垢量达280g/m^2,省煤器入口管段垢量达503.75g/m^2;清洗后水冷壁和省煤器的除垢率均达到了97%以上,金属腐蚀速率及腐蚀总量显著低干行业标准。 The paper introduces the application of coordinated EDTA circulation cleaning passivation technology to the boiler, which appears severe scaling problems, in 2×500MW supercritical pressure fossil fired unit in Huaneng Yimin Power Plant. The scale creation is of 280g/m^2 on fiery wall side for boiler water walls and is of 503.75g/m^2 on the inlet section of coal economizer before the cleaning. The scaling-cleaning rate of the water walls and coal economizer reaches more than 97% after the cleaning, and metal corrosion rate & amount are lower than that of the industry standard.
