摘要
选择招标采购方式是整个招投标工作中非常重要的一环。阐述了框架招标与集中规模批次招标的内涵并对其进行比较,分析了将框架招标应用于电力系统的优势以及带来的问题,最后给出了实行框架招标的几点建议。
The method of bidding purchase is a very important link in the whole bidding work. The connotation of framework bidding and batch bidding is expounded respectively, and a comparison between them is also made. The advantages and problems to apply the framework bidding in power system are analyzed. Finally, some suggestions for implementing the framework bidding are put forward.
