摘要
结合青岛大剧院室内钢结构工程的施工难点,就超重、大型钢桁架施工工艺进行了分析、总结;详细阐述了在超重、大型钢桁架施工中有关吊装机械的选择、现场拼接组装、栓焊混合节点质量控制及钢构件吊装的施工方法;保证了现场钢结构吊装施工质量及安全性,并且加快了钢结构整体吊装速度;对类似的钢结构工程施工具有一定的借鉴作用.
Combined with the difficulties of interior steel structure construction in Qingdao Grand Theater, this paper analyzes and summarizes the construction technology of overweight and large steel truss, and elaborated on the construction methods in the hoisting machinery selection, on-site assembly, quality control for bolt welding of mixed node, and hoisting steel members. Moreover, it ensures the construction quality and safety of on-site steel structure hoisting, and improves the integral hoisting velocity of steel structure. All the discussion provides a reference for similar constructions.
